At Westernrise, returns are accepted on unworn items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached) ordered through their website within 30 days of their original ship date. Returns, exchanges, and store credit are free. They accept returns at all of their store locations, through your local Happy Returns Bar, or mail for products ordered through their website. For any purchases from other locations including Amazon, please visit the retailer directly.

During the holidays, they extend their return/exchange period to allow for gift returns or exchanges. All items purchased after November 1st are eligible for return/exchanges until January 15th of the following year. However, they do not accept returns for face masks, socks, undergarments and Last Call/Final Sale items. Refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order.

For international orders, they do not accept returns or exchanges. All international purchases are final. If a package is refused due to the customs fees not being paid, they will be unable to refund you for your shipment.

As for their shipping policy, Westernrise offers free shipping on all U.S. orders over $150.

Please note that exchange policies do not apply to international purchases. If you have received a Westernrise product as a gift and have the order number or email of the purchaser, you can begin a gift exchange. Gift returns will be issued in store credit. The 30-day return policy applies to gifts. Orders placed between November 1- 31, are eligible for return/exchange until January 15th. Last Chance or Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Items ordered in a discounted bundle are eligible for return or exchange together or individually. If an individual item from a bundle is returned for a refund, then the bundle discount no longer applies.
